B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™(BT) is grounded in GHK, neuroscience focusing on the biological changes that occur during trauma and stress and downgrading or resolving DHS and conflict activity quickly and effectively. BT can used in the healing phases of CA, PCLA & PCLB. I train people how to apply BT in 10 different ways to mitigate or downgrade acute trauma that has occurred in past 4 months, triggers from PTSD, treatment of acute & chronic illness, change belief systems, shift behaviors, enhance decision making, optimize communication, regulate emotions, mitigate shock health diagnoses, and minimize pain. Additionally, I train healthcare practitioners—including therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, acupuncturists, and caregivers such as teachers, parents, and community supporters—on how to use BT to treat others effectively.

Qualifications

• Licensed Acupuncturist in NC since 2000.

• Individually worked with thousands of clients while operating and managing a wellness center with 14 practitioners offering 30 integrative modalities.

• Studying GHK since 2017.

• Certified Brain Health Professional and Trainer with Amen University connected with Amen Clinics.

• Developer of the B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ and utilizing with clients as well as with Hurricane Helene first responders, volunteers and survivors of the Hurricane since September 27, 2024 in Western NC.

With knowledge of GHK, I developed the B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ to be applied during any of the healing phases except the epi crisis. As a health care practitioner, I wanted to create something that people (individuals and practitioners) can use themselves, with clients, anytime, anywhere, with no tools, except their own hands, when they become conflict active or to downgrade and help the body finish their healing phase. Now that we know the beauty and the gift of GHK, we can become aware when we are CA and immediately access our psyche for a resolution. When we are in CA, it is difficult to find a solution through our logical brain and pre frontal cortex part of our brain. It is our psyche that registers danger and it is our psyche that must resolve the conflict.
